Barça Academy is the official academy of FC Barcelona, a school of life that educates people through football and offers comprehensive training to its students so that they can grow as athletes and people, with its own unique school model based on the Barça methodology.


The Barca Academy is for boys and girls between the ages of six and eighteen and follows and replicates the game developed by FC Barcelona's coaching staff.

If you live in Vilnius and your child participates in a football camp in Klaipėda or if your child participates in basketball or handball camps in Vilnius. We arrange for one or the other to put the children on the train and meet them in another city and deliver the child to the hotel.

AGREEMENT - CONSENT TO THE CHILDREN'S PARENTS (LEGAL GUARDIANS) FOR THE CHILD'S

PARTICIPATION IN THE SUMMER CAMP

GENERAL CONDITIONS

VšĮ BRCA, an official licensed representative of FC “Barcelona”, with it‘s registered address in Lithuania

Teatro g. 3-10, Vilnius, company code 306267568, further represented by Benas Renatas Baltusis, General

Manager (hereinafter referred to as the “Camp Organizer”) and the customer specified in the special terms

and conditions of this agreement (Registration form) (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”)

have signed the following agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”, for the provision of

services for the organization of the FC Barcelona football summer camp in Klaipėda.

I. Object of the Agreement:

1.1. The Camp Organizer undertakes to organize training for the Client's son / daughter, the data of which is

specified in the special conditions of the Agreement (hereinafter - the Camper or Child, children) at the FC

“Barcelona” football summer camp in Klaipeda, Lithuania (hereinafter - the Camp) at the time and under the

conditions specified in the Agreement.

1.2. The place of the camp is Paryžiaus Komunos str. 16a, LT-91166, Klaipėda, Lithuania.

1.3. The time of the camp is specified in the special conditions of the Contract.

1.4. The Camp package chosen by the Customer is specified in the special conditions of the Agreement.

1.5. The special conditions of the contract is considered the data specified in the Registration form, at the

time of the Customer's registration: Camper's name, surname, gender, date of birth, selected camp package,

payment conditions, preferred camp date, clothing size, parents/guardians' data and contacts and other

information provided during registration , which is filled out by the Customer.

1.6. The parties agree that the Customer is personally responsible for the correctness of the data provided

during registration.

II. Rights and obligations of the parties to the contract:

2.1. The camp organizer undertakes to:

2.1.1. Organize the provision of services according to the Camp program by conducting physical and

theoretical training;

2.1.2. Inform the Camper's parents / legal guardians immediately in the event of a camper's illness or accident.

2.1.3. Inform the Client about any changes in the Camp program no later than 5 working days in advance;

2.1.4. To provide the Camper with a ready-made set of FC Barcelona training outfits (by filling in the BARÇA

ACADEMY CAMPS - Registration form, the specified size sports clothing during registration) consisting of 2 Tshirts,

2 shorts, 2 pairs of socks, 1 backpack, 1 jacket from rain, 1 cap, 1 rubber band;

2.1.5. To provide meals to the Camper 3 (three) times a day (if a package with accommodation is chosen, if

without accommodation - once a day) in a catering establishment chosen by the Organizer;

2.1.6. To provide the Camper with transportation to / from training places (if a package with accommodation

is chosen), leisure places, catering establishments (the Client ensures the delivery of the Camper to the Camp

and pick-up from the Camp at the time specified in the Organizer's Camp program in Klaipeda);

2.1.7. To provide the Camper with accommodation in the accommodation institution in Klaipeda chosen by

the Customer, during the registration, if the Customer has chosen the Camp Package with accommodation.

In this case, the Organizer supervises/ takes care of the Camper from Monday to Friday, while the Camper is

at the accommodation facility.

The Customer is informed that the Camping package with accommodation includes accommodation from

Monday to Friday, for one bed for the Camper, in a double or triple room.

2.1.8. The camp fee does not include: price for visits (ticket price) to cultural sites.

2.2. The rights and limitations of liability of the camp organizer:

2.2.1. The camp organizer is not responsible for the items left and / or lost by the children during the camp

(they are not transported from the camp and are not safeguarded) and do not compensate for the losses

incurred as a result. The camp organizer recommends that the camper does not have expensive items, mobile

phones, computers and other equipment with him.

2.2.2. The camp organizer is not responsible for children's health problems, any damage caused by accidents

outside the camp.

The Customer is informed and understands that during the Camp there may be a risk of injuries and accidents,

game injuries, against which the Organizer insures each child for the duration of the Camp. The parties agree

and understand that the Organizer's liability for possible injuries in all cases is limited to the amount of the

insurance premium.

The camp organizer recommends insuring the camper's health and the risk of accidents during the camp.

2.2.3. Registration is considered confirmed and the Agreement signed only when the Customer pays an

amount not less than the Registration fee to the Organizer at the time of registration. The registration fee is

equal to the amount of EUR 300 (three hundred euros), which is non-refundable after registration, regardless

of the Customer's decision to terminate the Agreement or not participate in the Camp.

2.3. The camper's representative (parents / legal guardians) undertake:

2.3.1. At the time of registration, to pay the Organizer no less than the Registration fee and cover the entire

price of the Camp no later than 05/01/2024 (if payment in installments is chosen). Failure to pay any part of

the payment on time is considered a fundamental breach of the Agreement, as a result of which the Camper's

place in the Camp may be canceled by the Organizer's unilateral decision.

2.3.2. Payment can only be made by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the Camp organizer or via

the payment platform specified during Registration. At the time of registration, you can make a full payment

of the price of the Camp or choose to pay in installments and pay not less than the Registration price - 300

euros, then paying the remaining price of the Camp by bank transfer until 05/01/2024.

2.3.3. To ensure that the child brought to the Camp is healthy and does not have any health problems,

problems that may affect or harm the child, child's health or the inability to complete the Camp program.

2.3.4. Provide a valid child health certificate in any form. Parents in all cases assume full responsibility for any

health problems suffered by the Child while attending the Camp.

2.3.5. If the child becomes ill, inform the representative of the Camp organizer – Ataliya, phone no.

2.3.6. Ensure that the Camper does not bring cigarretes and other intoxicants (alcohol, drugs), energy drinks,

unhealthy snacks, etc. to the Camp from home.

2.3.7. Take responsibility and indemnify the Camp Organizer any damage, if their child, through their guilty

actions during the Camp, would cause damage to the Camp Organizer, other Camp participants or property

used during the Camp.

2.3.8. Familiarize yourself with the following requirements and introduce them to the child (Camper):

• the need for personal hygiene (hand hygiene, coughing, sneezing rules, etc.);

• Prohibition of activities in children with fever (37.2 ° C and above) who show signs of an acute upper

respiratory infection (eg runny nose, cough, difficulty breathing).

2.3.9. When removing a child from the Camp temporarily (or leaving earlier), warn the responsible person of

the Camp calling the contacts specified before the beginning of the Camp. If you entrust the collection of the

child to relatives or other persons, you (Customer) must inform in advance the responsible person of the

Camp, stating the name, surname, personal identification code and contact details of the authorized person.

2.3.10. Allow the Camp physician and / or physiotherapist to provide the necessary medical care and

assistance to the Camp participant (child).

2.3.11. Allow the organizer of the Camp to check the personal belongings of the Camp participant upon the

Child's arrival at the Camp if necessary.

2.3.12. Indicate the health features (allergies), medications used or non-standard (if any) behavioral

tendencies of the child or other (without specifying these features, in case of an accident, the responsibility

lies with the parents).

2.3.13. Ensure that the Camper does not bring any medications to the Camp that are not prescribed to him

by a doctor.

III. Entry into force, validity, amendment and termination of the contract:

3.1. The Agreement enters into force on the day of its signing and is valid until the end of the Camp term

(time), unless the Customer fails to pay for the Camp in time, due to which the Child's place in the camp is

canceled, then the Agreement terminates automatically. This Agreement is considered to be signed when the

Customer confirms the Registration and pays no less than the amount of the Registration fee.

3.2. The camp organizer has the right to unilaterally terminate the Contract for non-performance of the

Camper's obligations under the Contract and (or) send the Camper out of the Camp before its termination, if

the Camper does not comply with the requirements specified in the Camp Rules, i.e .:

3.2.1. Due to ill-treatment of other campers (terrorising, fighting and other acts endangering the health and

lives of other children, etc.), breach of Camp rules;

3.2.2. Concerning smoking, alcohol, the use and distribution of narcotic and psychotropic substances;

3.2.3. Consumption of energy drinks;

3.2.4. Malicious damage of camp property, inventory.

3.3. In the cases referred to in paragraph 3.2. of the Agreement, the fee for time not spent in the Camp shall

not be refunded.

3.4. The Camper's representative has the right to terminate the Agreement based on a reasoned request

submitted to the Camp organizer (only due to the Camper's health problems, due to which he cannot

participate in the Camp) no later than 05/01/2024. In this case, the part of the Camp price paid by him,

exceeding Registration fee amount, will be returned. If the customer later submits a request to terminate the

Agreement or does not attend the Camp, the Camp fee is not refunded. In all of the above cases, the Organizer

hands over to the Client the set of Camper clothing prepared for the Camper.

3.5. The camp organizer will refund the camp fee in case the camp is canceled in full. In this case, upon the

Customer's written request, the Camp Fee shall be refunded to the bank account specified in the request

within 20 working days of receipt of the request.

IV. Camp fee/ price:

4.1. The price of the Camp for one Camper is 749.00 (seven hundred and forty-nine euros) for the Camping

package without accommodation or 949.00 (nine hundred and forty-nine euros) for the Camping package

with accommodation. When the Customer chooses to pay in installments, he must pay the Registration fee -

300.00 EUR during registration, paying the remaining part of the price no later than 01.05.2024.

4.2. The customer undertakes to pay the Camping fee to the Organizer to bank account no. LT

047189900009700979, AB Šiaulių bankas. The camping fee does not include VAT. Accommodation services

are subject to VAT. The price of the Camp is final with all taxes.

V. Additional conditions:

5.1. In view of the transfer of personal data (including data of a minor) in the performance of the Agreement,

the receiving Party shall ensure that it will process the personal data received itself or with the help of other

persons acting in its interests only in accordance with the Agreement and applicable law.

5.2. The personal data obtained will be provided, received and processed only for the purposes provided for

in the Agreement. If, for any reason, the receiving Party is unable to ensure compliance with the Agreement

or data protection law, it undertakes to inform the supplying Party as soon as possible that it can no longer

ensure compliance, in which case the supplying Party shall have the right to suspend the transfer. as well as

terminate the Agreement if it is impossible to perform it without providing the data.

5.3. The employees of the receiving Party or other authorized persons who will process the personal data are

obliged to ensure the confidentiality of the received personal data.

5.4. The personal data of the Customer and / or the Camper may be used for the purposes of this Agreement

and the Camp Program, including the provision of necessary personal data to other data recipients: for the

purpose of accommodating children; for the purpose of feeding children; for the purpose of training; for the

purpose of organizing leisure activities; for the purpose of transportation, for the purpose of evaluating

children's results after camp and statistics.

5.5. During the camp, children can be filmed and / or photographed or access the filming / photography field

directly or indirectly. The camper's personal data (name, date of birth, image, i.e. video or photo / recordings)

may be used to promote the Camp in various media, websites, social media, including but not limited to the

Camp Organizer, its partners, Barca Academy and other websites or social media, other media and/or

advertisements indefinitely. By signing the Agreement, the Customer is acquainted with these conditions.

5.6. The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to this Agreement. Any disputes are resolved through

negotiations, and if they cannot be resolved amicably, in the Klaipėda City Courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

5.8. By signing this Agreement, the Customer confirms that he is the legal parent (guardian) of the child and

has the right to enter into this Agreement without restriction.

5.9. Additional information and rules on conduct during the Camp, Camp training program, may be

provided before the Camp for familiarization.

5.10. The parties understand that the data of the Camper regarding his height are extremely important in

order for the Organizer to be able to order a set of clothes of the right size for the Camper. The Customer is

personally responsible for providing the correct information, including the Child's height, as well as data on

the labels on the clothing. The organizer is not responsible for the presentation of clothing of the wrong size

or inappropriate inscriptions on the clothing, if they correspond to the data specified by the Customer during

registration. If the Customer wishes to order new clothing of the right size for the Child or to correct the name

data on the clothing, the Organizer may, if possible, provide such a service for an additional price, by separate

agreement between the Parties.

5.11. The parties understand that the information about the Camp provided during Registration, on the

website, is an integral part of the Agreement (Special conditions), with which the Client undertakes to

familiarize himself with and comply with it.
